I found Hokies in Atlanta! This week my roommate, Jessie, from freshman year at college moved into my area. We decided to check out the Atlanta Alumni Association together. Thursday night we went to a local restaurant to watch the VT vs. Maryland game. It was fabulous! Every tv had the game on. All the tables were full of fans in orange and maroon. We cheered together over the touchdowns and moaned over the interceptions. It's amazing how connected you can feel to complete strangers simply because you're all obsessed with Virginia Tech! I am definitely finding the St. Louis chapter as soon as I move.
BETTER
My sister left me a voicemail this week with the following message "I'm at ColdStone. Cake Batter is back." My heart jumped with joy. I headed to my local ColdStone the very next day where I clapped as I peered into the glass case and saw my favorite flavor had indeed returned! I shared with the girl behind the counter that I had been boycotting their business since it had been taken away. To reward me for coming back she made my scoop extra big... I enjoyed that treat to the very last spoonful. I should have licked the container clean.

My support is climbing steadily!!! I am officially at 32.96% pledged monthly donations as of Friday! This is my final week at Bath & Body Works. Continue to pray with me that the remaining 67.04% will come quickly!!!

I could not be happier that your cake batter is back! now, if only we could do something about Trident having discontinued the freshmint flavor- which has been my mainstay for over 10 years! oh, and glad that people are supporting God's work too, that is also supercool. Jessa
