Going Public

The other day I put my "VT Building Construction" window decal on my car.
I have had the decal for over six months, and kept meaning to put it on there, but always forgot. And every time I pulled up alongside a construction site I felt like I should have that sticker to spread the camaraderie of the construction trade... on my way to work at Bath & Body Works. But it's not like they would know. I could be on my way to my own jobsite to check up on the lag time of the project and check in with the subs onsite and check over the completed tasks... and besides, that's really so similar to selling lotion.
Maybe I should put my hard hat on the backseat...
