Hiding Places

Lexie has a favorite new hiding place: underneath the twin bed in my guest room. I'm not sure what she likes about it- the confinement, the privacy, or the safety?

The funny part is that the space under the bed is really small so she has to lie flat on her belly when she is down there and getting in and out is a complicated process of scooting on her belly using her elbows to pull herself along. I just worry about the day her belly is too full and she gets stuck halfway in or out! Maybe I should start lifting weights in case I need to lift the bed off the ground in a rescue attempt...
I love my dog. She keeps me laughing.
