Things went beautifully in the eyes of this hokie fan on saturday.
Florida State lost.
Miami lost.
Virginia Tech won. (no surprise)

I am learning how to get by without cable, and have become a big fan of the ESPN scoreboard which updates itself in real time. Amazing. I am still looking for any Hokies who might live in St. Louis to watch games with and rejoice with me over exciting games.

According to the updated media polls, see the article here, VT is now #11 and Miami is unranked. My only wish is that we played more of the top-ranked teams so we could really prove ourselves.
